I’m just getting into taxidermy trying to learn everything through videos. Been doing euro mounts and have a ton of customers. I would pay good money to be walked through/taught hands on like this. If you ever want to offer something like that, I will be the first to sign up!

Best stringer made for crappie and bluegill. Like the rope so much better than the chain style. Used to get them at Walmart. Can’t find them anymore, not even at Bass Pro and Cabela’s.

I finished my 3rd deer today. Just guessing I’m about 3k into tools and supplies. I do have a van dyke fleshed which was costly. When I need advise I do watch a great deal of your videos. I’ve learned on my past 3 deer, there is no 2 taxidermist that does anything the same. Thank you!!

Also sir one more question I’ve only ever used dry preserve but recently bought everything to do the pickling method I know you haven’t used DP but in your opinion does the pickling have less pulling away while drying the only issue I have is with my lip line they want to pull out even tho I cut a tight line have to keep tucking lips for several days or is this just normal with anything you use? Sorry so long

Hey brother I’ve been using oil base for all my painting with artist brush so far just bought airbrush set up and gonna get the paints off your site but you was saying you needed to seal the water base paints but couldn’t find what you said to seal it with on there? May be looking in the wrong spot

Great videos. I mounted a deer last year after watching your video's. I used an engine stand to hold the form. Was on wheels and could spin the form upside down

Awesome job on the video Daniel great info. I will never forget my first mounting stand a 4x4 screwed to a piece of plywood it was interesting but it got the job done that's all that matters keep up the good work and have a great 4th of July

Hey Daniel, there's a lot of lucky fish that day. I know I would have been putting them in the bucket. Bluegill and Sunfish are some of the best tasting fish there is. I'm sure you needed a break from all the taxidermy work you have been doing. The old saying goes.... A couple hours of fishing is about better than any other enjoyment out there.
